Colorfully skinned people of the world.... how painful do you rate upper chest tattoos?

I am no rookie to tattoo's I just want to know what I am in for tomorrow. I am getting a tattoo tomorrow on my upper chest near my collar bones and sternum. I have both my arms pretty much filled, a few tats on my legs, a upper back piece and one of my fingers. I have to say the finger was the worst pain by far and next comes anything by my elbows. I am a big guy with some padding but I have heard two different stories about chest tattoos. so are they bad or manageable?
