Need help this stuff is hell in tablet form?

so, i started accutane a few weeks ago and im on day 19, my skin is on fire ive got cysts everywhere and its really getting me down, very sore very dry, i feel like i dont want to moisturise as it might makes it look worse, ive considered coming off the stuff as ive never had acne this bad and before i was prescribed accutane my acne was manageable now its like a volcanic eruption - uncontrollable, anyways what i want to know is if it would be alright to take other prescription drugs with accutane and if it might help me recover from these horrid spots, as ive still got plenty of doxycycline and tetralysal tablets from previous attempts of clearing my face up, whats your view on taking all 3 prescribed drug at 3 different intervals throughout the day, any help much appreciated
