Should I remove my wisdom teeth?

My right wisdom started growing out I guess over night. It is sore, but the pain is manageable. My gum is very swollen & tender. How long will it take for them to grow out completely. I have room back there so it shouldn't be a problem after the completely grow in. I don't have dental insurance either.
