Getting toned up question?
I've been going to the gym for two-three hours every week for two weeks so far. I feel sore and am starting to gain little more weight. Im not eating to healthy since my work schedule is crazy. I propbly eat chicken nuggets with fries. I stick with water rest of the day some times gaitoraid. I work out 30I min of cardiovascular on high resistance and then I spend the rest of work out on weights pressing and using the varies machines. My question is when will I start seeing results. I am slowly getting stronger the season getting more manageable. Is there any thing I can do to get faster result. I just want a more toned body.
