How well does Garnier Fructis Curl Sculpting Cream-Gel Extra Strong work on African American hair?

i did hear from one post that it was ok. Preferably, i would only want African American people to post (being that it defenitly works on white people hair) But if youre white and have really thick hair or something tell me your experience please with this product! I need to know soon because i am going on a trip to canada with some campers for three weeks and we are sailing! (i know...weird.) but with this camp we cannot bring flat irons or anything and its an expensive camp ($4000)! Im the only african american there so everyone elses hair is manageable under those conditions. so comment as soon as possible! THanks!
