Self injury complications?

There's a lot of possibilities. If you had eaten the tack's alone, it would have been much simpler. It might have passed through your body without hurting you. But since you ate the safety pin, things get complicated. I'm surprised it didn't impale your esophagus, which would be the most likely thing to happen. Honestly, it will probably get stuck in your digestive tract. Since it made it to the stomach, it probably wont hurt you TOO bad. But its still quite possible that it could tear the lining of the stomach, which may cause internal bleeding. You need an x-ray! PLEASE go to the doctor. Say it was a dare or something, if you're uncomfortable telling him about self injury. Play the good kiddy act, and be all "I wish I had never done this. I feel terrible about it. It was really stupid" and its not like the doctors have never heard this before. Just PLEASE go to the hospital.
