Special CHEAP shampoo for relaxed hair?

When I get my hair washed at the hair dresser my stylist uses a shampoo that leaves it (after drying under dryer) shiny, soft and more straightened, and a lot more manageable. Somewhat like if I got it relaxed but not really like it, if that makes sense. Is there a CHEAP, inexpensive shampoo and conditioner I could buy to make it somewhat like that, without damaging my hair.
