Which of these college course schedules would more manageable for me in the fall?

Schedule 1. Programming is not too bad and it will be a break from all the math. Does General Chemistry encompass Organic Chem coz if it does, schedule 2 will be killer man. Differential Equations is okay if you practice and practice. But it all depends on you, if you put in the work, you'll be okay with any schedule.
