Why wont my wild baby robin take food anymore?

He was recentlly found and eating and drinking proprolly, now he just sleeps. No, im not 5, he is not dead hes breating and opening his eyes rarley, but he refused to take mashed worms like he was and water from a dropper. Its not possible hes not hungy or thirsty considering he just wennt from 9 at night to 8 in the morning without fod or water!
